When you register with 1to5 we ask for information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and personal preferences and interests relevant to 1to5 products and services. Once you register with 1to5 and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. 1to5 automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, 1to5 cookie information, and the page you request.

These communications are considered part of your 1to5 account, and you can only opt-out of receiving them by deleting your 1to5 account. You can delete your account by contacting 1to5 or visiting your YourAccount page. If you believe that personal information that we have about you is incorrect, and you are unable to correct that information by editing your account yourself, you may notify us by email via the 1to5 Customer Support page and we will use reasonable efforts to correct such information.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information

1to5 will disclose your personal information only under the following circumstances:

·         to provide the information to third parties who work on behalf of or with 1to5 to provide products or services to you under confidentiality agreements. These third parties may use your personal information to help 1to5 communicate with you about offers from 1to5 and from our marketing partners.

·         to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;

·         when necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of 1to5's Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law;

·         to any successor in interest if 1to5 is acquired by or merged with another company, or sells a significant portion of its assets, or all of its assets, to any third party.

Notwithstanding the above, if your username reveals your identity, or if you submit Member Content (as defined in the Terms of Use) such as testimonials or website postings that reveal your identity, you are consenting to publication of that personal information on the 1to5 site when your username and postings are published.

This Privacy Policy forms part of, and is subject to, 1to5’s Terms of Use. 1to5 may update this Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your 1to5 account or by placing a prominent notice on our website. If you do not agree with the terms of the updated Privacy Policy, then you should cease use of 1to5 Site at that time. We will treat personal information collected in accordance with the privacy policy in effect when it was collected.
